I just came back from jogging around the tampines estate,exercising at the exercising corner and climbed up 15 storiesall non-stop.
Pretty tiring,but Ill do whatever it takes to lose my baby fats (;
I have dropped a total of 1.5 kg now and counting.
I was 53kg and now im 51.6kg! *bigbig grin
I wanna be 50kg and below and lose all my fats at my thigh.
So annoying la please.
Actually,this process of losing weight is not really exciting cause I dont get to eat as much as I did last time
like seriously,eating is my favourite past time!
I tend to eat super alot when im stressed.
last year during mid year,i ate 1 nasi lemak,1 mee rebus and kueh mueh at one go.
pure madness i know!
actually,even though i eat alot also,i dont really gain that fast.
the weighing scale wont really increase but my fats,yes.

i have a pear shaped figure and im not really happy bout it.
can you imagine,i wear a size s for my top which fits perfectly and then i have to wear like size 29 or 30 for the bottom?!
